Contact me to setup a pressure free, casual consultation. I’m so excited to meet you! We’ll grab a drink (on me!) and chat about what you’re looking for in a doula. I’ll answer any questions you might have. We can find out if we are a good match for each other. There will be no obligation or pressure to book, and in fact I’ll encourage you to contact a couple other doulas and take some time to decide what’s best for you!
Birth Services
I want each of my clients to feel fully supported in pregnancy and throughout labor. My birth services are curated to allow for plenty of time to get to know each other, prepare for labor, and feel confident going into the birth of your little one. This experience doesn’t have to be something we fear!
- Two prenatal appointments to discuss birth preferences, fears, labor positions, pain management techniques, evidence-based education, and more!
- 24/7 support via text and/or email from the time of booking until postpartum
- Hands-on, in-person support during labor and delivery beginning in your home (as requested) and continuing to your birth location
- Support will continue for the first few hours postpartum
- Assistance with the first latch (if breastfeeding)
- One postpartum appointment to process the birth, get feeding help, etc.
Birth + Postpartum Services
Transitioning into parenthood with a new baby can be intimidating! Having extra support those first days and weeks can make a huge impact on our physical recovery, mental health, and overall perception of the experience. Keep that support going after birth with additional postpartum sessions.
Birth + Daytime Postpartum Services:
- Includes everything in my birth services +
- 5 – three hour daytime postpartum sessions
- Prenatal prep for the postpartum period
- Emotional, physical, and educational support
- Feeding assistance – I have experience with nursing, pumping, bottle feeding, SNS, and tube feeding!)
- Household chores and tidying
- Dishes and laundry
- Meal Prep
- Basic baby care – feeding, changing, baths, etc. Especially so mom can eat, sleep, or shower
- Evidence- based newborn education
- Running errands/grocery pickup
- An opportunity to process the birth and the transition into motherhood

Birth + Overnight Postpartum Services:
- Includes everything in my birth services +
- 5 overnight sessions (8 hours each)
- Prenatal prep for the postpartum period
- Newborn care so the new parents can get a full night’s sleep (there are many options for a breastfed baby!)
- Following your schedule for a smooth transition
- Household chores and tidying
- Dishes and laundry

A La Carte:
Extra postpartum sessions can be added to any birth or birth + postpartum package:
- 3 hour daytime postpartum sessions $22/hour
- 8 hour overnight postpartum sessions $25/hour
