Birth Services
As a birth doula my goal is for each of my clients to feel like they are completely supported and informed about their choices. I know firsthand how big of an impact those things alone can have on the outcomes of birth. Meeting prenatally gives us time to chat about what your hopes are for birth and feel confident in our abilities heading into labor. Then, I offer constant, in-person support throughout labor and birth. I will walk by your side the entire way!
Postpartum Services
Postpartum can be both a beautiful time and a hectic time. Support is key. Postpartum services can be added to my birth services with either daytime sessions or overnight (or both)! Need help with household tasks? Need someone to care for the new baby while you get some sleep or have a warm meal? I’m there for you!

My passion for birth, pregnancy, and postpartum has always been there, but after having my own children I realized how deep my passion truly is. I strongly desire to help other women feel supported, heard, and capable during their births and postpartum. Birth is such a beautiful and sacred experience. Women are so much more capable than they often realize!
